Booking a salon, getting confirmations, and managing your account.

Do I need to download an app to book?+
No. SEVWAS works in any mobile browser. You can also "Add to Home Screen" to install it like an app — it'll open full-screen and even work offline for parts of the experience.
How do I log in?+
With your phone number and an OTP — no passwords to remember. We use Firebase for secure, passwordless authentication.
Is booking a salon free?+
Yes. Discovering and booking salons is completely free for customers. You pay the salon directly for the service you receive, at the salon.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?+
When you submit a booking, it's an inquiry. The salon confirms it via their CRM, and you'll get an instant WhatsApp message with the details. You'll also receive reminders.
Can I cancel a booking?+
Yes — contact the salon directly using the phone number or WhatsApp details on your confirmation. SEVWAS does not charge you anything for cancellations; the salon's own cancellation policy applies.
How do you verify salons are genuine?+
Every salon must pass KYC verification in our super-admin panel before it can appear publicly. This keeps the marketplace trustworthy.

How much does SEVWAS cost my salon?+
A single subscription per salon, billed monthly or yearly. Plans start at ₹1,499/month (Starter), with Growth at ₹2,499/mo and Elite at ₹4,999/mo. All prices include GST. See our pricing page.
How do I get listed publicly?+
Three steps: (1) register & complete your salon profile in the CRM, (2) submit your KYC documents for approval, (3) activate your subscription. Once KYC is approved and your subscription is active, you appear in customer searches.
How do payments work?+
Your subscription is billed automatically each cycle via Razorpay — UPI autopay, cards, or net banking. A GST invoice is generated for every payment. Individual customer payments for services stay between you and the customer.
What happens if my payment fails?+
We retry automatically and alert you on WhatsApp. You stay live during a 3-day grace period. If payment still fails, only your public listing is paused — your CRM & data remain intact and you can reactivate anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes, from the CRM. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid cycle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Do my customers get notified automatically?+
Yes. SEVWAS sends WhatsApp confirmations, reminders, and status updates automatically via Gupshup — for bookings, cancellations, and payment events. No manual messaging needed.
Can I manage multiple branches?+
Yes. The Growth plan supports up to 3 branches and Elite supports unlimited. Switch plans anytime as you scale.

Privacy & Trust

Data, security, and reliability.

Is my data safe with SEVWAS?+
We follow industry security practices: HTTPS/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, signed JWT sessions, CSP, rate limiting, and signed payment webhooks. We're DPDP Act 2023 aligned and never sell your data.
Who can see my booking details?+
When you book, your name, phone, and requested services are shared with the salon you selected so they can confirm. Otherwise, only authorised SEVWAS staff can access data for support and operations.
Is SEVWAS available outside Kanpur?+
We've launched in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh and the platform is built for multi-city expansion. If you'd like SEVWAS in your city, let us know.
