How subscription billing works

Recurring, automatic

Subscriptions are billed automatically each month (or year) via Razorpay. You choose your plan once; renewals happen on the same date each cycle until cancelled.

GST invoices

A tax-compliant GST invoice is auto-generated and delivered to you (over WhatsApp & email) for every successful payment. Your GSTIN can be added in the CRM.

Grace period

If a renewal payment fails, your salon stays active for a 3-day grace period with reminders. Only after grace does the public listing get paused.

Common questions

Are these prices final, or is GST extra?+
All displayed prices are final and inclusive of 18% GST. The amount you see is the amount charged to your card/UPI. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
How am I charged each month?+
Subscriptions are processed by Razorpay using auto-recurring payments. You'll see "SEVWAS" on your bank statement. You can pay via UPI autopay, cards, or net banking.
What happens if a payment fails?+
We retry automatically and notify you via WhatsApp. Your salon remains publicly listed during a 3-day grace period. If payment still fails, only the public listing is paused — your CRM data stays intact and you can reactivate anytime.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the CRM. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, and we prorate any difference automatically.
Is there a free trial?+
